WhatsApp enquiries
This website has no customer enquiry form. You can choose a model and plan without giving your name, IC number, banking or payment details here. A WhatsApp message is prepared with your selection only when you click a link; you decide whether to send it. KEMOV handles the WhatsApp enquiry. WhatsApp/Meta also processes the conversation under its own terms.
Purpose and retention
KEMOV uses your message to answer your enquiry and help check current options. An enquiry does not automatically authorise unrelated marketing. Unsuccessful WhatsApp enquiries are retained for up to 90 days after the last enquiry, then deleted or anonymised, subject to applicable legal exceptions. This is a retention policy statement; automatic deletion has not been implemented or verified. Formal LG applications are subject to separate applicable data-processing requirements.
